Entitlement to Refund

Refund refers to reimbursement or money back in the scenarios where students/clients are dissatisfied with the level of service delivered to them by AssignmentCritic.com. Full or Partial Refund

Partial or full refund mainly depends on the reason and the proof provided by the student/client. The company holds the right to decide to refund either full or partial.  

How to Request a Refund?

Regardless of the reason of the refund, you need to submit a formal request for refund. To submit your request, you need to send an email to care(at)assignmentcritic.com wherein you will clearly mention your order code, your intention to get the refund, and reason for the refund request. Depending on the reason, you must attach proof such as plagiarism copy, tutor's remarks or marked grade issued by the tutor or school, college or university. No refund request will be entertained if sent without concrete and clear reason.

Time Required for Refund

It can take 15 to 30 days to get the refunded amount in your account. In rare cases, the duration can be extended about which the student/client is informed earlier.

We believe that it is the fundamental right of the student/client to request refund if they are not satisfied with the quality of service level. However, every refund decision is taken by the Quality Assurance Department of the company. Once your refund request is received, we evaluate the reason of refund request. When a student / client's claim for a refund falls under the criteria mentioned above, the request is taken into account and further investigation is made. In this regard, our concern department might contact you to gather more evidences. It is necessary that the client provides the requested evidence as a proof. Once the evidence is provided, the department makes the decision whether full, partial or no refund should be issued. After full refund is approved, you are refunded merely 90% amount of the order in 15 to 30 days. 10% of the amount is deducted as standard service charges, which are applied in both refund and cancellation.
